How many psi should I use?

I see 3 fins in the picture and the description talks about a 2+1 fin system, so does it have one, two, or three fins?

What are the performance differences between the 10'6" and the 11'? Why get one over the other?

Generally speaking, the longer a board, the faster it goes, the more stable it is, and easier to paddle. It will probably surf half way decently, but I have not tried that yet.

Why only one fin? Is it stable?
