Gearlab Kayak Deck Pod

Gearlab Kayak Deck Pod

Description

Gearlab Deck Pod - Kayak Deck Bag, Paddling Magazine Award

Sip and Paddle: Gearlab Deck Pod fits a hydration bladder up to 3L. The large tube opening and see through mesh pocket holding the bite valve, paddlers could drink water easily and paddle farther. (Paddle Float, Pump, Hydration Bladder NOT Included.)

Snag-Free: The external holders on both sides of the Gearlab Deck Pod are designed to hold bilge pump and paddle float, providing direct access to pull out and insert the safety equipment from cockpit.

Sleek & Streamlined: Low profile design reduces wind resistance and stays away from paddling strokes.

Quick Deck Release: Mounting and removing the Gearlab Deck Pod is quick and easy with quick release buckles.

Grab It Right: The carry handle is placed beneath the pod, not visible when the Gearlab Deck Pod is secured on the deck. The discreet design eliminates the confusion with spray skirt handle in emergency situations.

Will an emergency paddle fit in the unit if the paddle float is wrapped around it? The straps are adjustable, so you can do so. However, it may not the best way when you need to take out the spare paddle in the emergency situation. We will suggest you to put the spare paddle under the Deck Pod.

With the paddle float and pump... what is the dimension of the whole unit? Need to know whether it will fit under my seat in my sit on top kayak. This product does NOT include paddle float and pump. The dimension of the Deck Pod is 44 x 25 x 10 cm.

Is the hydration tube removable? I wouldn't use the tube but would like to put my water bottle in that pocket. Is that possible? There is no hydration bladder or tube included with the pod. Just a small opening to feed one through. The user must provide their own. I just use a water bottle instead.

What is the warranty? All Gearlab Outdoors product has one year warranty. If you have any questions after purchase, our customer service team is willing to help.
