Vanhunks Pike 9'8ft Fishing Kayak

Vanhunks Pike 9'8ft Fishing Kayak

The Vanhunks Pike 9’8ft Fishing Kayak is a versatile and adaptable kayak that offers excellent stability for fishing enthusiasts. Its standout feature is the removable Tool Pod, which allows for customization and upgrades. With the Tool Pod attached, the Pike is a maneuverable kayak that provides stability and ease of use.

One of the upgrade options is the ability to fit a fin drive, which can transform the kayak into a faster and more efficient vessel. Alternatively, you can opt for a propeller drive, as the Pike is fully compatible with both options. This flexibility makes the Pike a unique and appealing choice for kayak enthusiasts.

The Pike is constructed from robust 5mm polyethylene, ensuring its durability and longevity. Despite its shorter shape, the kayak is designed for easy maneuverability. The Double Pontoon-shaped hull and swallowtail design contribute to its stability and smooth sailing experience.

The Double Pontoon Hull allows for the easy flow of water through the channels, increasing traction and speed. Additionally, the Pike offers excellent buoyancy and has a carrying capacity of 190kgs / 419lbs. This generous weight capacity, combined with the kayak's sleek design, provides ample storage space for its size.

The Vanhunks Pike features an adjustable foot control or hand-controlled rudder system, which can be easily interchanged based on preference. The Deep adjustable rudder provides direct action and helps to limit drift, ensuring optimal speed. The Rudder blades are also compatible with the Bixpy motor for added convenience.

In terms of storage options, the Pike has a square hatch (not waterproof) in front of the raised seat that opens up into the hull. This feature is perfect for storing larger catches or any other necessary equipment. Additionally, the kayak has two accessory rails on either side, allowing for the attachment of rod holders and other accessories.

If you're interested in adding a fish finder, the Pike has built-in spacing in the hull for a transducer and cabling. This makes it easy to mount a fish finder for enhanced fishing experiences.
