I'm Abigail Scott, an author, adventurer, and mother of three. When I'm not navigating the beautiful chaos of motherhood, you can find me tackling the turbulent waters as a professional whitewater kayaker or scaling impressive rock faces as a climbing guide. The rush of adrenaline, whether from kayaking or climbing, is a feeling I cherish deeply. But the thrill doesn't stop there; I capture the breathtaking allure of nature through my lens as a professional photographer. And when I'm not submerged in the wild, my software engineering skills amplify my outdoor pursuits, allowing me to harness technology in unique ways. Through my writings, whether articles or blog posts, I share not just my adventures but my heart, hoping to spark a flame of inspiration in others to break boundaries and experience the world's wonders.

Aerial FreeRide Wakeboard Tower

Aerial FreeRide Wakeboard Tower

Description

The Aerial Wakeboarding FreeRide Wakeboard Tower is a game-changer for wakeboard enthusiasts. With its bold design, folding frame, and ultra-rigid construction, this tower offers the look and feel of a high-end OEM tower at a more affordable price point.

At first glance, the FreeRide tower resembles an OEM tower rather than a traditional universal tower. It features a dramatic forward swoop, reinforcing buttresses along the curved frame, a twin H-top, and quick release knobs for easy folding and storage.

Constructed with 2.25 inch diameter (2.5 inch diameter for the top crossbar) 6061 aircraft grade aluminum tubing, this tower minimizes flex while wakeboarding. Its universal design allows it to fit on almost any power boat made in the last 30 years, accommodating boats from 75 to 100 inches wide.

When folded, the FreeRide tower can clear a standard 6 foot 11 inch garage opening for storage on most boats (although there are exceptions depending on the boat's configuration). The tower can be installed with universal swivel mounts, which can be positioned on the top or side of practically any hull.

In addition to its impressive design and functionality, the FreeRide tower also complies with U.S. Coast Guard standards and various state laws regarding boat lighting. It features a compact LED white light above the tow point, using Attwood's incandescent 5940 series LED that draws only 1.8 watts at 12VDC, providing the lowest power draw among all 2-mile all-round lights on the market. The light is rated for over 50,000 hours of use.

Overall, the Aerial Wakeboarding FreeRide Wakeboard Tower is a top-notch universal tower that offers the style and performance of an OEM tower without breaking the bank. With its easy installation, durable construction, and compliant lighting, it is a must-have for wakeboard enthusiasts of all skill levels.
