The TalentCell Rechargeable 12V 6000mAh/5V 12000mAh DC Output Lithium ion Battery Pack is a versatile power solution for various devices. It features a rechargeable DC 12V and 5V USB double output, providing flexibility for powering different devices.
This battery pack is compatible with a wide range of products, including LED strip lights, CCTV cameras, IP cameras, LED panels, amplifiers, modems, car DVRs, speakers, mobile phones, and the spectra S2 breast pump. However, it is important to note that the size of the battery's output port and power cable is DC5521. Therefore, it is essential to confirm the size of your equipment's input port before ordering to ensure compatibility. If your device does not have a DC5521 input port, you will need to purchase an additional power cable. For any questions or concerns, customer support is available.
The battery pack features a multi-led indicator with 5 LED lights displaying the battery's percentage. This allows for easy monitoring of the battery's charge level.
In addition to its versatility, the TalentCell Lithium-ion Battery Pack is also suitable for running robotic telescopes. This makes it a reliable power source for astronomical observation and other related applications.
The package includes a wall plug 12.6V 1A AC/DC charger and a DC 1 Female to 2 Male Power Splitter Cable. Again, please take note that the battery's output port and power cable are DC5521. Ensure that your equipment's input port matches this size. If you have any inquiries, feel free to contact customer support.
FAQs:
1. Can I use a car cigarette socket to charge this battery pack?
Please Note - you cannot just plug it into a cigarette lighter to charge the battery pack. It requires a regulated 12.60 volt power supply. If you exceed this voltage, you WILL damage the battery pack. Lithium-ion ICR cells do not tolerate over voltage charging above 4.2 volts per cell and will overheat and vent. The cells in these battery packs are not IC protected cells. These battery packs consist of 6 Samsung ICR1860 cells in a parallel series configuration, and they do work great. But to charge it from your vehicle or any other source, you will need a 12.60 volt regulated output power supply. Caution- Warning..... Please be careful! I work with lithium-ion battery packs all the time. Under certain conditions, you can create a fire, so be careful! As an additional note- this pack is falsely advertised as a 6000mah pack - it is actually a 5400mah pack as the cells are Samsung ICR18650- 2700mah cells in parallel.
2. What is the max power draw for a 5v device? Can it deliver 3 or 4 Amps?
The max power draw of our battery is 2A @ 5v and 3A @ 12v.
3. Does this battery have protection to prevent overcharging and undercharging?
There are overcharge/over-discharge protection circuits inside our battery. Additionally, the AC-DC charger also has an overcharge protection circuit. So, you don't need to worry about overcharging or over-discharging.
4. Is the output voltage regulated? In other words, will it maintain a stable 12V output?
The output voltage of this battery is not regulated. The output voltage range of the battery is from 12.6v to 9.0v. It is suitable for most 12v applications, such as LED strips, amplifiers, and heat products.
