Where is this manufactured? So... I did go to their website for specific information. It looks like Ruffwear products are developed in Bend, Oregon... but made in China, Taiwan and Vietnam.
English bulldog, 4 years old, measures 26, around rib cage. Medium I’m assuming? Yes.
For a size small what is the neck adjustment size? My dog is 6 mo old can neck adjustment stay adjustable not permanent as stated until she is adult? In my opinion for question about sizing for individual pets look at the manufacturer web site don’t rely on other customers opinions on fitting your pet.
Are the two sides of the vest supposed to overlap, so that the straps are not rubbing on the dog's belly? Not entirely sure but ours dogs do over lap on the bottom. As long as the straps aren’t full extended I would think you would be ok.
