If you are wondering about the shipping company that delivered the kayak, it would depend on where you live. Our kayak was delivered by a local delivery service, not by FedEx or UPS.

As for the availability of the kayak, they seem to come back in stock regularly. Just keep checking several times a day, and you will eventually find the style and color you want. It may take some time and persistence, but it will be worth it in the end.

If you have just ordered this kayak, it is most likely being shipped from the manufacturer or possibly from a third-party seller. Based on other customers' experiences, some kayaks have been shipped by NSD, while others have been shipped by Pilot. However, the packaging may vary, with some arriving missing most of their packaging and others arriving with all the packaging intact.

In terms of receiving a damaged kayak, it seems that some customers have had issues with their deliveries. However, in my case, the kayak was not damaged upon arrival. If you do receive a damaged kayak, it would be best to contact the seller or manufacturer to discuss options for replacement or refund.
