Compatible with most sit-inside kayaks, this cooler is designed to fit in the open storage area known as the tank well. The 1⁄2 inch insulating foam keeps drinks and food cold all day, and a zippered opening on top provides the ultimate convenience when accessing drinks and food. A water-resistant zipper, water-proof materials, and RF welded internal seams keep splash and rain out. Heavy duty material on bottom panel provides added durability. Four D-rings located in each corner allow you to lash the cooler to your kayak. The Splash Tankwell Cooler for kayaks also features convenient backpack style shoulder straps and a haul handle for easy transport; allows it to be used for picnics and off-water outings as well. Current Perception models that are compatible with this cooler include: Access, Crank, Hi Life, Hook, Outlaw, the Pescador family of kayaks (includes Pro and Pilot and excludes tandem), Sound 10.5, Rambler (excluding tandem) and Tribe (excluding tandem). This cooler will also fit many older Perception models and other kayak brands - use the external cooler dimensions to determine fit: 21.5”L x 8”H x 17.75”W (10”W at small taper side). Note: Not intended for submersion or storing fish
