FAQs:
Can I wear these with stocking foot waders?
Absolutely. These boots are suitable for wearing with stocking foot waders or kayak drysuits. It is recommended to choose a slightly larger size if wearing with a kayak drysuit for added comfort.
Size chart shows women's 11=men's 12. How can I ensure receiving men's 12?
For size clarification, it is recommended to call NRS directly to ensure you receive the correct size.
It's hard enough to shop for a boot that fits a wide foot. Why only one pic?
This boot is easy to put on and fits well, especially for those with wide feet. For a complete 360 look, you can visit the NRS website for more images.
How much do these shoes weigh? Shipping weight is 3.5 pounds. Are these shoes that heavy?
While these shoes are heavy-duty, they are not uncomfortably heavy. The shipping weight of 3.5 pounds likely includes packaging. The weight of the shoes depends on the size, with larger sizes weighing slightly more.
Absolutely. I wear them with a kayaking drysuit that also includes the foot just as waders do. Regarding the size to accommodate all inside, I have 10.5 feet, use 10.5 and 11 shoes and these boots I use size 11. They fit everything since the material is quite elastic. However, with the kayak drysuit, they feel a little bit tight. I can deal with, it is not uncomfortable nor painful but waders have even thicker footwear and if needed you can always use thicker socks, so I would recommend you to go +1 on the size. I use these boot in rivers from glaciers in Patagonia, and keep my feet warm anyway. Very nice boots. Just sometimes, if the current is too strong, the velcro may tend to get loose.
