Kanulock Lockable Tie Down Straps

Kanulock Lockable Tie Down Straps

Description

Kanulock Lockable Reinforced Stainless Steel Tie Down Straps are the perfect solution for securely tying down your boards and kayaks to your roof rack. These straps are not only easy to use but also provide added security with their key lockable buckles and reinforced stainless steel cables. With KanuLock straps, you can have peace of mind knowing that your boards or kayak cannot be easily taken or slid out.

One of the special features of KanuLock Lockable Tie Down Straps is their simplicity. They work just like regular tie down straps, but with the added benefit of key lockable buckles and reinforced stainless steel cables. You can use them the same way you would use any other tie down straps, but with greater security. The stainless steel cables are 2 x 2.4mm thick, making them impossible to cut with a blade or knife.

Positioning your board or kayak between the front and back straps is another unique feature of KanuLock straps. This makes it impossible to slide the board forward or backward out of the straps, providing an extra layer of security.

These lockable tie down straps come in four different sizes: 8ft, 11ft, 13ft, and 18ft, ensuring that you can find the perfect size for your needs. Each set includes two straps and two keys, so you can easily secure your gear.

Now, let's answer some frequently asked questions about KanuLock Lockable Reinforced Stainless Steel Tie Down Straps:

- Ours didn't come with keys?! What do we do? It said they were included: They are supposed to come with keys, without them they are useless.

- How can I get extra keys? I've only used the product for two weeks and one of the keys has already bent: Spare keys can be purchased at www.KanuLock.com.

- How do you adjust the length? Length is adjustable as it is a slide lock system. Very effective. I’m impressed with this product.

- Anyone know how these stand up to bears? I imagine these straps would hold up pretty good but it would depend on how you're using it in regards to whether it would "stand up to bears"... These straps are a dual cable reinforced nylon strap. There are 2 steel cables that run the length of each strap. A bear couldn't bite through the cables no way! You'd need bolt cutters to cut the straps. However, a bear could mangle the cables in the strap by biting it and the nylon webbing part of the strap would or could potentially be ripped to pieces by a bear depending on whatever you're using this strap to "stand up to a bear" against. If you stick to and use these straps for their intended purpose, a.k.a.; securing a kayak/canoe, there shouldn't be any issues at all, bear or no bear.
