Freein Kayak SUP Inflatable Stand-Up Paddle Board

Description

The Freein Kayak SUP Inflatable Stand up Paddle Board ISUP is a versatile and beginner-friendly paddle board that offers both stand-up paddling and kayaking experiences. This board comes with a kayak seat, which is perfect for beginners as it helps maintain balance and stability. However, for a more exciting paddling experience, you can easily remove the seat.

With dimensions of 10’x31”x6”, this paddleboard provides maximum stability, making it an ideal choice for beginners. You can even have your children or pets join you on the board, as it offers a great sense of security.

The D-ring design of this board allows you to seamlessly switch between kayaking and stand-up paddling modes. The practical paddle features a foam insert, allowing it to float in water. Additionally, the board has a Go-pro base at the front, enabling you to capture your rowing moments and the beautiful scenery around you.

Efficiency is key when it comes to inflating the paddle board, and that's why the Freein ISUP comes with a high-efficiency dual action pump. This pump offers two inflation modes, ensuring convenient and efficient inflation. With the hand pump, it takes only 3-10 minutes to inflate the board. Moreover, the package includes an electric pump adapter, which connects the air valve of the SUP to an onboard electric pump, saving you the hassle of purchasing a new one.

When it comes to customer satisfaction, FreeinSUP guarantees it. They provide a two-year manufacturer warranty and a 30-day worry-free return policy to ensure that you fully enjoy your board. If you have any questions or need assistance with accessories, their customer service team is always available to help.

Now, let's address some frequently asked questions:

Why is my sup losing air as I am pumping? I have tried everything!!!

Take the plug out of your pump. When you stop pumping, the pressure backs up and loosens the fitting of the tube to the pump. Also, ensure that the fitting to the ISUP is fully secured. If the problem persists, check for any water around the valve, as it may be leaking. In some cases, the issue could be with the pump itself. Contact FreeinSUP's customer service for assistance.

Do the inflatable paddleboards hold up to dogs riding along?

Yes, the board can easily handle the weight of a dog. Customers who have used the board with their 50-55 lb Australian Shepherd, as well as additional riders weighing around 40 lbs, have reported no issues in terms of stability or performance.

My bag ripped the first time I put everything in it, do you offer replacement bags?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please provide your address and contact number via email to [email protected] or [email protected]. FreeinSUP's customer support team will promptly send you a new bag as a replacement.

Can you recommend an electric pump for this particular brand of board? The electronic pump I have won't attach to this board.

While an electric pump can be used, it's important to note that it can only inflate the board to about 90%. To achieve the correct psi, you will still need to switch to the included hand pump. Many users have successfully inflated the board within 10 minutes using the hand pump.

Do the inflatable paddleboards hold up to dogs riding along?

I have a 50-55 lb Australian Sheppard and I weigh about 155. We have no issues riding together. One time my 40 lb 5 year old jumped on there with us for a short ways and we were all fine as well.

Can you recommend an electric pump for this particular brand of board? The electronic pump I have won't attach to this board.

I have an electric pump I haven't tried on it yet, but it took me less than 10 minutes to inflate it with the hand pump. According to the directions, you can only inflate to about 90% with an electric pump anyway, then need to switch to the hand pump to get the correct psi.
