What is the difference between small and medium sizes? The Small Bar is 50" long. The Medium is 60".

Are these easy to remove? I will be removing after use with Kayaks It takes a while to hand crank it to put it on or take it off. I keep mine one for the whole season and plan on only removing it for the winter. It’ll probably be a hassle to take off your roof after each time and then putting it back on for each use.

Do you have to have an existing side rail for this to fit on my car? The timberline kit is only designed to fit your existing rails.
