What size does this bowl fold/collapse down to? Hello, it folds to less than 1 inch, more or less the same as 2 centimeters.

My pup likes to chew on things. Will this bowl be easily punctured if he gets to it before I notice? The bowl material is quite sturdy and should withstand chewing by a puppy for a bit. However, I don't think it will withstand a prolonged chewing session!
