Answer: From the photo I saw from a Purchaser, it looked like a very snug fit. While I have used a cover to transport my other kayak 14' it was possibly a bit thicker, Seal's brand. However, I intend if needed to use this cover for my Swifty 9.5 to travel. While in an extremely heavy downpour, it's possible the weight of the water could make the cover buckle inward and come off but I never had that happen with my other cover.
