Kokatat Maximus Centurion PFD

Description

The Kokatat Maximus Centurion PFD is a top-notch personal flotation device that offers both storage and mobility. It is an upgraded version of the Maximus line, providing even more storage space without compromising freedom of movement.

The PFD features a Dynamic Suspension System, which incorporates neoprene at the shoulders to ensure unrestricted range of motion. The Cordura shell guarantees durability, while the Gaia PVC-free foam offers excellent buoyancy. With its adjustable center front and side straps, the Maximus Centurion provides a secure and customized fit that is incredibly comfortable.

One of the standout features of the Maximus Centurion is its full rescue harness, complete with a quick-release belt and tow tether attachments. Kokatat has cleverly hidden the river tow tether between two foam panels, eliminating any possibility of snagging. Additionally, the side belt near the quick-release buckle provides a convenient attachment point for a river tow tether or touring tow tether.

The PFD is equipped with multiple storage options. The belly pocket offers three organizers, including a dedicated space for a VHF radio. The duplex pocket is large enough to accommodate carabiners, pulleys, webbing, and a med kit. Furthermore, the Maximus Centurion features a knife garage that prevents snagging during re-entry.

Moving on to the product description, the Kokatat Maximus Centurion PFD is USCG approved, ensuring compliance and safety. It is available in three sizes, each offering a different amount of flotation. The XS/S size provides 16 lbs 5 oz, the M/L size offers 17 lbs 5 oz, and the XL/XXL size delivers 18 lbs of buoyancy.

The PFD is also designed for tow compatibility, featuring a convenient stretch mesh sleeve for effortless connection to a tow line. Wearing and removing the PFD is a breeze thanks to the side entry closure.

Lastly, the Maximus Centurion PFD includes a large front pocket for carrying essentials.
