I'm Abigail Scott, an author, adventurer, and mother of three. When I'm not navigating the beautiful chaos of motherhood, you can find me tackling the turbulent waters as a professional whitewater kayaker or scaling impressive rock faces as a climbing guide. The rush of adrenaline, whether from kayaking or climbing, is a feeling I cherish deeply. But the thrill doesn't stop there; I capture the breathtaking allure of nature through my lens as a professional photographer. And when I'm not submerged in the wild, my software engineering skills amplify my outdoor pursuits, allowing me to harness technology in unique ways. Through my writings, whether articles or blog posts, I share not just my adventures but my heart, hoping to spark a flame of inspiration in others to break boundaries and experience the world's wonders.

My daughter is 5’3” and 135 lbs, what size do you recommend? Answer: Small. Will this suit keep you warm and dry should you fall in the water? Answer: Hi, this will keep everything except your head and your hands completely dry and protected from the water. There is no insulation in it, so layering underneath is the only way to stay warm when wearing this. Hi, I am 6'' tall with 220lbs weight, which size should I go? Answer: I’m guessing you think you’re between L and XL. I’m 6’3” 210 and went with XL, and it’s a good fit. Relatively trim cut through torso. You can adjust length with internal suspenders, so I would say XL, L might be snug in the body. Be aware you will probably want to cut a ring or two off neck and wrist seals to make them comfortable, just follow the marks (neoprene is less risky to cut than latex). I’m 16.5 neck and think I took off two rings on neck, same w wrists. Cloth booties will be big on any foot but once you get them into neoprene boots they are way warmer than the old latex socks, as they don’t cut circulation. Can this suit be used for diving at longer times in the water? Answer: No, it’s designed for sailing and not meant for prolonged immersion. New style neoprene cuffs and neck seals are way more comfortable than latex but not intended for scuba diving.

Things we like

  • Convenient front-zip entry
  • Internal braces that are adjustable and an elasticized waist provide a more comfortable fit.
  • Covers are included on ankle gaskets to provide an additional layer of defense.
  • Knee and seat panels that have been reinforced

Things we don't like

  • The absence of a relieving zipper will make going to the toilet a lot more difficult for children.
  • Integrated dry socks would have been an excellent addition for complete protection from head to toe.
