After it is all rolled up, how much stuff can the 10L bag hold? I would like it to fit one beach towel, a change of clothes, and flip flops.

Just got back from Maui the 10L tightly fit 2 resort pool towels, water shoes with tread W size 7, large baggie with aerosol sun spray and tube of lotion, small baggie with small items, a coverup, and a phone in the case. My husband used the fanny pack and it worked great. Phone and wallets well protected. Neither the bag or the pack was in the water but both were hit with water in the kayak and we weren't careful getting in and out of them or when sailing on a catamaran either. I did put them in the pool before we left and they worked well. Floated and No water got in. Now, the phone case well,...... I tested before we left and no water got in. It was easy to use the phone while in the case. However,... make sure you check the case every time before you use it because when I pulled mine out while very near the water, I noticed that one of the clips that make the airtight seal was completely gone. Grrr! A $1200 phone DISASTER was narrowly averted.

Does the phone case float?

The phone case has a probability of floating if there is air trapped inside with the phone. However, when I used it and went swimming, it would not float at the surface but float a little below the surface. It is slightly floatable. I hope this helps you.
