Join Mainstream Guides for an exciting fishing adventure on one of Michigan's abundant rivers. Operated by experienced guide Aaron Spence, we offer fun and adventurous trips to guests of all skill levels. Children aged six and above are welcome to create lasting memories with us.

Explore the Muskegon, Manistee, Rogue, Grand, or Jordan Rivers for your fishing experience. Depending on your preferred species and the time of year, Aaron will recommend the best river for you.

Fish for Chinook and Coho Salmon from August 20th to October 31st, Brown Trout from May 1st to July 31st, Bass from May 1st to August 31st, and Steelhead from September 1st to May 1st. Our fishing trips are conducted with a 16' Wooldridge Jet boat, capable of accommodating up to three individuals. Powered by a sturdy 150 HP Mercury Outboard engine, this boat is perfect for river fishing. Equipped with a fishfinder, life jackets, and an icebox, your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

Mainstream Guides primarily provide fly fishing equipment, but we also carry spinning rods and bait casters. Please inform guide Aaron of your skill level and preferred techniques, and he will ensure you are well-equipped. We also supply lures, live bait when necessary, and offer snacks and drinks for half day trips, and lunch for full day trips.

Please note that fishing locations and start times are subject to fish migrations and stream activity. Prior to the trip, you must obtain a valid Michigan freshwater fishing license.
