Battle Fish Charters is a registered Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, providing the best outdoor fishing experience in the Adirondacks. Owned and operated by retired army paratrooper Andrew Beaudoin, this charter focuses on tackling the toughest mountain fish in the area.
Depending on the trip duration and target species, you'll have the opportunity to explore noteworthy local lakes like Lake Flower, Oseetah Lake, Upper and Lower Saranac Lake, and Kiwassa Lake. Fishing will be done using 14’ Jackson Big Rig kayaks, allowing up to 12 guests to fish together. These kayaks offer remarkable stability, enabling you to stand up and fish. With ample storage space, all the necessary fishing gear will be easily accessible. Plus, there's a Radisson canoe available for smaller children.
Andrew, also named cub master of the year, loves taking young ones on fishing trips. He enjoys sharing his passion for fishing with kids, which inspired him to become a fishing guide. Children as young as 4 years old are welcome on board, and they'll be provided with appropriate life jackets for their safety.
All fishing equipment, including world-class Shimano and St. Croix rods, Daiwa and Samwick reels, and a variety of bait and lures, will be provided. You only need to bring food, drinks, a valid fishing license, and dress appropriately for the weather. Arrive at the meetup spot 15 minutes early on the scheduled day, and take advantage of the convenient free parking available.
