Book the Aggressor: Top Sportfishing Boat in Newport Beach

Book the Aggressor for your next trip and enjoy the privilege of having one of the finest sportfishing boats in Newport Beach all to yourself! In these local waters, you can expect catches such as Calico Bass, Rockfish, Halibut, Sheephead, Barracuda, and California Yellowtail depending on the season.

On day trips, 47 people can be accommodated, while multi-day trips are limited to 17 people. Our charter rates include unlimited bait, but certain additional costs should be noted, such as the CA fishing license ($17.54), rods ($18 per person), tackle set up ($18–$20 per person), gunny sacks ($2 each), and fish fillet service ($1-$5 per fish depending on size). These extra expenses amount to approximately $55 per person on top of the charter rate.

Please check-in 1 hour prior to the departure time. Due to rising fuel prices, we are currently implementing fuel surcharges to cover operating costs and ensure our customers enjoy a top-notch fishing experience. It's important to note that these surcharges are not included in the charter rates listed below and are applicable regardless of group size. The specific surcharges vary from trip to trip as follows:

  • 1/2 Day: $200 surcharge
  • 3/4 Day: $350 surcharge
  • Full Day: $450 surcharge
  • 2 Days: $1,200 surcharge

Lastly, it is customary and greatly appreciated to provide a 20% gratuity for the crew consisting of the captain and 2 deck hands.
