Designed for all-mountain and freeride/powder snowboarding, the K2 snowboard comes in various lengths: 151cm, 154cm, 157cm, 160cm, and 163cm. It features a directional shape and volume shift for optimal performance. The flex is medium-stiff, rated 7 out of 10 on K2's scale.
The profile of the snowboard is directional camber, with an early rise nose and camber to tail design. The effective edge varies depending on the length: 1140mm for 151cm, 1170mm for 154cm, 1190mm for 157cm, 1220mm for 160cm, and 1240mm for 163cm.
Waist width also varies according to the length: 254mm for 151cm, 257mm for 154cm, 260mm for 157cm, 263mm for 160cm, and 266mm for 163cm. The sidecut radius ranges from 7.55m for 151cm, 7.7m for 154cm, 7.86m for 157cm, 8.02m for 160cm, to 8.18m for 163cm.
The stance width is 21in for 151cm and 154cm, 22in for 157cm and 160cm, and 23in for 163cm. The stance setback is 0.75in. The core is made of bamboo, aspen, paulownia, and bamboo stringers. The snowboard has a mount with a 4-hole system and a sintered 4000 base.
The recommended rider weight varies based on the length: 110 - 180lb+ for 151cm, 120 - 190lb+ for 154cm, 120 - 200lb+ for 157cm, 130 - 210lb+ for 160cm, and 140 - 230lb+ for 163cm. The laminate used is ICG 10, which includes biax and carbon. The snowboard also features Carbon Torque Forks and comes with a fixed base color.
