Abigail ScottBy Abigail Scott
I'm Abigail Scott, an author, adventurer, and mother of three. When I'm not navigating the beautiful chaos of motherhood, you can find me tackling the turbulent waters as a professional whitewater kayaker or scaling impressive rock faces as a climbing guide. The rush of adrenaline, whether from kayaking or climbing, is a feeling I cherish deeply. But the thrill doesn't stop there; I capture the breathtaking allure of nature through my lens as a professional photographer. And when I'm not submerged in the wild, my software engineering skills amplify my outdoor pursuits, allowing me to harness technology in unique ways. Through my writings, whether articles or blog posts, I share not just my adventures but my heart, hoping to spark a flame of inspiration in others to break boundaries and experience the world's wonders.

Poacher RAS 36L Pack

Description

Why We Like The Dakine Poacher RAS 36L Pack

If you're looking for the ultimate backcountry touring pack, look no further than the Dakine Poacher RAS 36L Pack. It offers the perfect combination of spaciousness and compactness, making it ideal for all-day touring adventures while ensuring unhindered descents.

The main compartment provides ample room for essentials like lunch and extra layers, and the convenient back panel access allows you to grab what you need without unpacking the entire pack. Plus, the dedicated avy tool pocket ensures quick access to your probe and shovel in case of an emergency.

With a padded hipbelt, this pack stays securely in place as you ride, and the breathable back panel prevents your back from getting drenched in sweat.

The Dakine Poacher RAS 36L Pack is also compatible with Mammut's Removable Airbag 3.0 System (sold separately). In the event of an avalanche, this system inflates rapidly to keep you from being buried. For added protection in technical terrain, the pack is compatible with Dakine's Impact Spine Protector (also sold separately), because safety should always be a top priority.
