Start your saltwater adventure with Saltwater Connection Charters! Captain Josh Carlton, with over 10 years of experience in guiding trips along the Keaton Beach, Aucilla River, Econfina River, and Nature Coast, will be your guide. All anglers, regardless of skill level or age, are welcome to join!
Our 19’ Mako Pro skiff top drive, equipped with a 115 HP Mercury engine, helix 9 GPS, fish finders, and dual live wells, is perfect for fishing in saltwater. It comfortably accommodates up to 3 people for the best experience, but a 4th person can be accommodated as well. Additional features of the boat include a live bait tank and a cooler.
Captain Josh will ensure that your day on the water is unforgettable as he navigates and guides you in fishing the shallow grass flats and backwater tidal creeks. We target a variety of game fish, including Speckled Trout, Redfish, Flounder, Tripletail, Black Sea Bass, and more.
Your guide will provide all the necessary equipment, such as licenses, rods, tackle, live bait (when available), and snorkel gear during scalloping season. Simply bring a small cooler for snacks and drinks, a hat, sunglasses (preferably polarized for sight fishing), and sunscreen (avoid spray-on). Most importantly, bring your enthusiastic attitude and plenty of energy for an incredible fishing experience along the Gulf Coast.
