If you're looking to explore the renowned Chesapeake Bay, prioritize a trip with Islander Sportfishing! Based in Hampton, Virginia, this premier charter service grants direct access to the bay's prime fishing spots. And the best part? Your journey will be led by Captain George Trice, a local expert with a deep connection to these waters. With his insider knowledge, you're in for an unforgettable adventure!

Capt. George boasts over 20 years of fishing experience in Chesapeake Bay, targeting various species like Speckled Trout, Bull Redfish, and delectable Flounder. Fuelled by his passion for sharing the joys of fishing, he established his own charter business in 2016. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced angler yearning to fish the bay, Capt. George eagerly welcomes you onboard.

Capt. George offers a diverse range of trips in the area, from shorter inshore adventures to full-day bay excursions. Unless you're side-casting for Cobia or Black Drum, all guests can cast their lines simultaneously. The vessel is equipped with essential safety equipment and navigation gear. Children are welcome, and life jackets will be provided by your captain.

Chesapeake Bay is globally renowned for its abundant fishery, and you'll have the opportunity to target species like Flounder, Speckled Trout, Redfish, Sheepshead, and feisty Cobia (depending on the season). Your captain will guide you on the best techniques and you'll have the assistance of a friendly first mate (working for 20% gratuity).
