Difference between this model and the sport model?
The 10' All Around is 2" wider than the Sport 10' model. The Sport is going to be slightly faster and maneuverable but the All Around is going to be more stable in all water conditions. It will even feel very stable in choppy water. The All Around is perfect for beginner and experienced paddlers and the Sport is best suited for more experienced paddlers.
can it be used in ocean to surf wave up to 3 feet?
Yes it can

A fully loaded bag with all accessories will stand about 3ft tall, 16in wide and 18in deep and weigh about 41lbs.
Does this come with the leash? The one on the actual irocker site does for the same price?
Currently the All Around SUP Packages on Amazon do not come with an Ankle Leash.
