Can a 6'7" man fit comfortably? This tandem kayak can be retrofitted for solo paddling with the installation of 4 deck loops (sold separately on the Perception site). In that solo set-up, you would fit. It would likely be too tight for you in the current tandem configuration.

Does the kayak have scuppers built into the hull? Yes. There are 6 scuppers in this model - 2 in front of each seat and 2 in the rear tankwell. If you want scupper plugs, those are sold separately on Amazon. Search for part number B079VDXDBT.

Is this kayak self-bailing? The Rambler 13.5 has scuppers that allow water to exit the deck area.
