NRS ATB Kayak Shoes

Description

The NRS ATB Neoprene Kayak Shoes are a durable workboot with the added comfort and warmth of a neoprene upper. The 5mm neoprene upper and 7mm insole provide cushioning and warmth, making these shoes perfect for daily use. With their all-terrain traction, they are also highly durable. Entry and exit are made easy with ankle zippers, while the wide and secure instep strap ensures a better fit. It's important to note that these shoes only come in whole sizes, so if you're in between sizes, it's recommended to order one size larger for men and one size smaller for women.

FAQs:

Can I wear these with stocking foot waders?

Absolutely. These shoes can be worn with stocking foot waders or a kayaking drysuit that includes the foot. The material is quite elastic, so ordering your regular shoe size should accommodate everything. However, if you prefer a looser fit, it's recommended to go +1 on the size. These boots have been used in rivers from glaciers in Patagonia and have kept feet warm.

Size chart shows women's 11=men's 12. How can I ensure receiving men's 12?

For size clarification and to ensure you receive men's size 12, it is recommended to contact NRS directly.

It's hard enough to shop for a boot that fits a wide foot. Why only one pic?

Although only one picture is provided, customers can find a complete 360-degree look of the boot on the NRS website.

How much do these shoes weigh? Shipping weight is 3.5 pounds. Are these shoes that heavy?

While the shoes are considered heavy-duty, they are not uncomfortably heavy. The shipping weight of 3.5 pounds likely includes packaging and is based on the largest available size. Individual shoe weights may vary depending on the size.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can i wear these with stocking foot waders?

Absolutely. I wear them with a kayaking drysuit that also includes the foot just as waders do. Regarding the size to accommodate all inside, I have 10.5 feet, use 10.5 and 11 shoes and these boots I use size 11. They fit everything since the material is quite elastic. However, with the kayak drysuit, they feel a little bit tight. I can deal with, it is not uncomfortable nor painful but waders have even thicker footwear and if needed you can always use thicker socks, so I would recommend you to go +1 on the size. I use these boot in rivers from glaciers in Patagonia, and keep my feet warm anyway. Very nice boots. Just sometimes, if the current is too strong, the velcro may tend to get loose.

Size chart shows women's 11=men's 12. would think it would be opposite, e.g women's 11=men's 10. how can i ensure receiving men's 12?
