FAQs:

Title says granite gear drysacks (2-pack) but several reviews say only one received. are people getting ripped off or what?
Hi there, The Gear Co-op sells the 2 set in the 7,10, and 13 Liter. I cannot speak for the other sellers, but if you order one of those sizes from the Gear Co-op you should receive 2. I hope this is helpful!

Are there really 2 bags per order?
I ordered these a couple of months ago. The company said it was an Amazon mistake and that there was only one for that price. I told her to just send me my bags as I ordered them (2) and they did. Funny that they have not corrected the ad yet.

Could I use this sack as my bear bag?
It would keep your gear dry if you went paddling or needed to keep some items in your backpack dry if it rains, but this bag is not bear resistant at all. The buckle on mine is adequate for keeping the bag closed, but I wouldn't rely on the buckle to suspend the bag.

Are the length dimensions total length of the bag or working length (with the opening folded & sealed)?
It looks like on my bags the two smaller dimensions are for the bag fully stuffed, while the longer dimensions are before rolling, or fairly close. Rolling twice looks to reduce the length by about 4".

Things we like

  • The interior is light in color, making it easy to find things within, and the bag is collapsible yet robust, speciel to the E-Vent bottom.

Things we don't like

  • It is challenging to roll down and is only available in a restricted range of sizes and styles.
