YAKIMA, EXO WarriorWheels, Cart Kit Accessory
Haul gear easily over rough terrain or long distances; This cart kit includes a handle and wheels that connect to the EXO GearWarrior or other Warrior baskets (sold separately)
Features all-terrain tires that handles all types of surfaces and tackles curbs, roots, and rocks with ease
Carries up to 110 lbs of gear, making the trip the campsite, beach or park a breeze
Going downhill? No problem; The large handle is positioned for maximum control when going downhill
Not intended to remain installed on the EXO GearWarrior while youβre driving
Can this raise and lower for easier unloading? It is a static height. So there is no adjustment for that.
So, is the actual basket carrier or just the wheels & connections to the carrier which would be purchased separately? Spicer, glad I can be of some help. Wish I could have got someone that had purchased this. What you get is just the handle/wheels and brackets. Then you must purchase the basket AND if you choose to mount the Warrior XO to the rear of your vehicle, that to is sold separately. Needless to say this can end up being a major investment. I already had a basket on my vehicle so I couldn't use it as a regular rooftop carrier. I'm going to have a mount system custom built for my hood as my vehicle is lowered to 3" above ground. The rear mount system looks great, I just can't make it work as well as I hope the hood mount will be less expensive. Overall, this us a helluva wagon, and it's doubtful you'll run into anyone that has one. I can't wait to roll mine into a garden center/hardware store! Heads will def turn. πHope this helps in making a decision. ππ
When attached to the basket and the basket mounted to foundation, can the wheels/basket be used to tow the foundation for storage? Yes, it has the capacity and weight carrying capability to do that. Since the exo system is quite heavy, you would want to be careful to not scratch the tray when doing it.
What is the height from the ground to the bottom of the rack? Depends on the vehicle (how high the hitch sits in regards to the ground).
