SealLine Boundary Dry Pack

Description

SealLine’s Boundary Waterproof Dry Pack is a simple, durable waterproof portage pack with a suspension system designed to lighten the burden of gear-hauling whether paddling, fishing, rafting, camping or traveling on trains, buses and burros. Padded shoulder straps add carrying comfort and can also be detached for travel or use as a dry bag. The DrySeal roll-top closure and side compression straps make it easy to achieve the optimal seal (note: 35-Liter size secures with a single top buckle, not side compression straps). Its light-colored interior helps to easily identify contents within. Please note: The designation of waterproof means this product can withstand rain, splashes, quick submersions, and will float if dropped in the water. SealLine waterproof bags are suitable for stand up paddleboard, canoe, kayak, rafting and fishing use where boats may tip, flip or be swamped. The SealLine Boundary Dry Pack is available in 3 sizes: 35-Liter pack measures 10 x 14.5 x 20 inches and weighs 2 pounds 10 ounces; 65-Liter pack measures 9 x 17.5 x 25 inches and weighs 3 pounds 6 ounces; 115-Liter pack measures 12.5 x 18.5 x 30 inches and weighs 4 pounds 2 ounces. Manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty. Made in the USA.

What denier/thickness is the polyester? It seems to be about 3mm.

It says there is a light color interior. What is the color? The red bag seems to have a red interior. Can you explain? In have a black bag and red bag. The interior colors are identical to the exterior colors. That's all I can say to answer the question.

Is it submersible? Can I go swimming with it? Could, but you’d be hard pressed to get it below the surface due to the airspace in it.

Is this product easy to open and close while kayaking, or is it better for storing items you won't need to take in and out while on the water? Depends on the size of the bag. It is easy to open and close, but I wouldn’t want to need access to the bottom of a bigger bag while on the water.
