Shane Richardson is incorrect. Any time you see a fabric labeled vinyl coated, as these are, the vinyl almost always means PVC. Vinyl coated polyester uses PVC as the vinyl coating, so yes these do contain PVC. SealLine does make PVC free products, they are generally specifically labeled PVC-free or Polyurethane coated. Any vinyl coating from SealLine uses PVC though.
The bag is 25 inches long when open. You'll lose 4-5 inches to fold the top and secure it for transport.
