SATURN 13ft Red Inflatable Kayak

SATURN 13ft Red Inflatable Kayak

Description

SATURN 13 ft Red Inflatable Expedition Kayak is a versatile and sturdy kayak that is perfect for fishing and ocean adventures. It combines the best features of the Fishing Kayak FK396 hull and the Ocean Kayak OK420 floor, making it suitable for use in rough waters and waves.

The OFK396 kayak features a catamaran hull with four drains to quickly release water. It also has two easily removable large fins in the front and rear, providing excellent tracking even in windy conditions. The kayak is lightweight and can be carried by one person. It can be used as a kayak for one or two persons.

For fishing enthusiasts, the kayak has removable aluminum benches that can be used for attaching optional fishing rod holders or preparing bait. To use the kayak for two persons, the benches can be removed, and two kayak seats can be attached to the provided D-rings.

  • Heavy duty 1,100 Dtex High Strength PVC fabric coated on both side with 1100 g/m2, 0.9mm. Fabric is thick, puncture proof and abrasion resistant. High-pressure air deck floor.
  • 13' oversized diameter tubes. Hugging rope with handles in front and back. Heavy-duty D-rings for optional kayak seats.
  • Two FREE removable thwarts (value $20) included. 4 plastic fins at the bottom for directional stability. Storage space in front and bow under splash guards. Industry standard Halkey-Roberts flat valves design.
  • Included accessories: pair of oars, thwarts, repair kit and carry bag. Complimentary generic hand pump included.
  • "I got a Saturn inflatable kayak last spring as a companion for my trips. Since then, Saturn has traveled with me everywhere, from wild rivers in Hokkaido to tropical ocean islands in Maldives. It has brought me great pleasures that I had not experienced before. There were several reasons why I chose Saturn kayak as my companion boat. The first was its portability. The total weight of the Saturn kayak, including paddles and a pump, is lighter than the free baggage allowance of any airline company. The kayak can be packed in a suitcase of 70x50x35cm, which is convenient for manual transportation. The second reason was the toughness of the PK375 material. It was not punctured by hidden rocks in rapid streams or coral reefs in the tropical ocean. Lastly, the stability and controllability of the Saturn kayak were exceptional. It was stable enough for wildlife watching in rivers and fast enough for island hopping in the tropical ocean. In conclusion, I am very satisfied with the Saturn kayak, regardless of its low price." - T. Ichikawa, Sapporo, Japan
