What is the difference between the universal fit and the one size fits all?
Sometimes the universal fit are more bigger than the one fits size. But bought are adjustable.

Has anybody used this NRS helmet for scuba dive purposes?I have not but can tell you that foam liner is bouant

I’m an advanced bodyboarders on crowded days to many close call from standup surfer, will this protect my head from a collusion with a surfboard?
I use this for when I river run with my paddle board. The helmet protects me from rocks or getting hit with anything else.
