Our trips are conducted aboard a brand new Dek Kat 2700 flats catamaran boat. With a sizeable 27ft length, it comfortably accommodates four people and features ample seating for all. Equipped with a tower, the boat allows Captain Stephen to spot fish and maximize the chances of success. Powered by a 300 HP Suzuki engine, it enables swift and efficient travel to your desired fishing locations. The boat also boasts navigation electronics, a wireless trolling motor, and a live well for your convenience.

During your expedition, you'll engage in light tackle spinning and popping to catch a diverse range of species. Target options include Jack Crevalle, Snook, Flounder, Sheepshead, Redfish, and Speckled Trout. For families with children, rest assured that kids can come aboard; simply inquire about life jackets from the captain. While you are permitted to keep your catch, Captain Stephen strongly advocates for catch-and-release practices to maintain the health of the fishery.

In the summer months, our charter offers a unique scalloping experience. Dive into the crystal-clear waters of Deadman's Bay, where you can snorkel and pluck scallops for delightful meals. Alternatively, bask in the sun and savor the refreshing waters.

At SFI Charters, we also provide cabins to accommodate up to six guests. Our cabins feature a kitchen/gathering area, two half baths, two full baths, and free-to-use laundry facilities. All bedding and bath towels are provided for your comfort.
