Northern Life Outfitters invites you to experience the thrill of fishing in the midst of winter! Join Capt. Leo on his ice fishing trips, available from December to March. fish in style even when the lakes are frozen.

Your adventure begins in Winnipeg, where your knowledgeable guide will pick you up and transport you to the best fishing spot on the lake. The journey takes approximately an hour. Enjoy fishing in the comfort of a spacious tent, accommodating up to 4 anglers.

Despite the chilly temperatures, the variety of fish you can catch remains abundant. Your targets for the day include Crappie, Northern Pike, Lake Trout, Yellow Perch, and Freshwater Drum. Unlike summer fishing trips that involve actively pursuing fish, winter fishing requires patience. Find a suitable spot, drill a hole in the ice, and await the bite. You are allowed to keep your catch, and our captain will even clean it for you free of charge.

Families with children over 10 years old are welcome to join. It is recommended to dress warm, paying extra attention to footwear and socks. Prior to the trip, make sure to obtain a valid fishing license and pack your own lunch and drinks.
