Meet your captain, Hal Tarpley, a second-generation owner of Inshore Charters. With 20 years of experience as an inshore charter fishing guide in the Gulf Coast of Florida, he is passionate about sharing his love for fishing with others. Having started his journey at a young age, Hal's expertise in the bays of the Florida Panhandle is unparalleled.

In addition to being a skilled fisherman, Captain Hal is an avid SCUBA diver, spearing fish on the local reefs and wrecks. He also enjoys sailing and surfing. With his extensive experience in various captaining roles, including boat delivery and working supply vessels in the oil field, he brings a wealth of knowledge to every charter.

With a US Coast Guard Master Captains Credential and advanced certifications in Radar Unlimited, Water Survival, Fire Fighting, Medical Provider, Assistance Towing, STCW, and Radio Telephone, Captain Hal ensures your safety and enjoyment throughout your adventure.
