Your vessel for the day is a brand new 2020 21’ Sun Tracker pontoon, powered by a 90 HP Mercury engine. This pontoon boat is perfect for trolling and fishing for Lake Trout and Kokanee Salmon. With its spacious seating and a large Bimini top for shade, it can accommodate your family and friends comfortably. We also have 4 Scotty electric downriggers and Hummingbird and Garmin sonars to help locate the fish and achieve controlled depth fishing. Captain Les prioritizes a productive fishing experience while emphasizing fun and safety for his clients.

We will spend the day on various northern California lakes. If you have a preferred fishing spot, let Capt. Les know, and he will inform you about the current fishing conditions and take you there if the bite is good.

The target species for the day include Chinook Salmon, Sockeye Salmon, Steelhead, and Brown Trout. Lake Berryessa is particularly renowned for its large Kokanee salmon, making it one of the top spots for California lake fishing. Our boat can accommodate up to 6 anglers without feeling crowded.

Included in the price are high-quality rods and reels for the day, ensuring you won't be disappointed when reeling in your trophy catch. After the trip, Captain Les will fillet your catch for you, leaving you to decide how to prepare it. Before the trip, please remember to purchase a valid California fishing license.
