Lake Oologah is perfect for Catfish and Paddlefish fishing, making them your main targets. For Catfish, you'll primarily use shad as live bait, which Captain David will have previously prepared. When targeting Paddlefish, trolling at a slow speed of 4 mph is the most effective method.
