Light Tackle Salmon and Lingcod Fishing in Seattle - Book Now!

If you're searching for top-notch light tackle fishing opportunities for Salmon and Lingcod in Seattle, you've come to the right place. Cut Plug Charters specializes in active and engaging fishing experiences in beautiful Puget Sound. Our experienced captains, including Justin Wong, have a lifelong passion for fishing and take immense pleasure in sharing their knowledge and showcasing the wonders of these waters to our customers.

Our boat, a 21' Grady White center console, can comfortably accommodate up to 5 anglers of all ages and skill levels. It is equipped with a 200 HP Yamaha engine, a live bait tank, ice box, and professional marine electronics and safety equipment.

Our go-to technique is mooching for Salmon, which involves active participation from the angler throughout the entire process of enticing the fish to bite, setting the hook, and reeling it in. Our aim is to keep you involved and engaged in the thrill of the catch during your time on the water.

In addition to targeting Chinook and Coho Salmon, we also offer opportunities to catch Lingcod and Flounder. We provide light tackle, bottom fishing, and jigging options, and if requested in advance, we can accommodate fly fishing for one or two anglers at a time. You are welcome to bring your own gear for fly fishing.

During your trip, we will provide high-quality G. Loomis rods and Shimano reels, as well as lures and the convenience of cleaning and filleting your catch. While live bait availability is seasonal and not guaranteed, our captains will do their best to have it prepared before your trip. Fishing licenses can be purchased on the boat at a rate of $10 per person.

If you book a shared charter for two people and no other guests join, you will enjoy the privilege of a private boat for 4 hours instead of the standard 6-hour shared charter, at no extra cost.

The only thing missing for a perfect day on the water is you! Join us and create unforgettable fishing memories.
