It's a hatchery-enhanced fishery maintained by the State of Alaska to provide excellent sport fishing opportunities for King Salmon. During this adventure, you'll primarily use back trolling or trolling while on anchor. Your knowledgeable guide, Brian, will have rods rigged with cured Salmon eggs, plugs, or spinners. The gear will be adjusted to optimize your chances of catching a King Salmon. We utilize various techniques including power trolling, back trolling, drifting salmon eggs under a bobber, back bouncing, jigging, casting, and retrieving plugs or spinners. Our goal is to help you land a delicious Alaskan king salmon. You'll embark on a 21’ Wooldridge boat that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 anglers. The boat is equipped with an ice box to store your catch. The price of the trip covers all the necessary equipment such as rods, reels, and terminal tackle. It's important to note that fishing licenses are not included and should be obtained before the trip. Each guest is allowed to keep one King Salmon per day, as per regulations.
